As a true farm to table chef, she’s inspired by the fantastic flavors of in season produce grown locally and harvested at its peak in Middle Tennessee and their ability to heal our bodies while filling our souls.

Trained under a master chef, Chef Estrella spent years studying the foods of more than 30 countries, focused on technique and flavor. When her own health journey with breast cancer made her look at food differently, she turned those skills and experience into her passion: restoring people to health with elevated, globally influenced farm to table meals that are as delicious as they are nourishing.

In addition to in-home private chef services, she enthusiastically shares her love and knowledge of food with her local community through food as medicine coaching groups, small group lessons and guest chef evenings at nearby farms, restaurants, and shops.
